• Foodpanda is only responsible for delivery of food to your doorstep. Anything related to the food is between you and the restaurant.
• There is no policy to refund the delivery charges in case of late delivery.
• If you cancel an order before the restaurant confirms the order or cancels the order, Foodpanda will refund the amount. In any other case, it won’t be able to do so.
• If there is an issue with the delivery then you are responsible for the package once you accept it. So, check the package before confirming the delivery to be eligible for a refund.
• If you face any issue then raise a complaint with the support team and Foodpanda will try to resolve the valid issues within 5 working days. Refunds can take up to 14 days to be initiated.
